Soul Winning and Discipleship Ministry

 Brother Michael Wooldridge Accepted Christ as his personal Savior in 1986 through a direct influence of the Pastor. He received his Bachelors degree in Youth Ministries from Maranatha Baptist Bible College. He has served as Youth Pastor for over ten years at Faith. Currently he oversees the Adult outreach ministry which includes a nursing home ministry, Discipleship program and Saturday outreach. He also oversees the soul winning schedule and coordinates the Adult in home discipleship ministry.

 

 

 

                 Bus Ministry

Brother Jeffery Schuldt Accepted Christ as his personal Savior in1988, While attending University of Wisconsin Madison, through direct contact with Faith Baptist Church. He went on to receive his Bachelors Degree in education from UW and came back to Faith Baptist Church to teach in the Christian school. His current duties include Bus director overseeing 8 bus routes that bring in hundreds of children each weekend, teaching in the Christian High School, and teaching the Nehemiah builders Sunday school class (young married couples).

 

 

 

             Youth Ministry

Brother Matt Kielas was led to the Lord by Pastor Noonan in 1989. Shortly after accepting Christ he started attending Faith Christian Academy which is now Badger State Baptist School. He is a 1996 graduate of Hyles-Anderson College with a Bachelor's in Assistant Pastoral Theology. Since 1996 Bro Matt has been employed by Badger State as a junior high and high school teacher, he also coaches the soccer and basketball teams for the Varsity teams. He became the Youth Pastor and Teen Sunday School Superintendent in 2002. For many years Bro Matt has been involved with the bus ministry and has taught in the teen Sunday School Department. He is a preacher for the nursing home ministry and heads up the teen soulwinning ministry which is responsible for seeing many souls saved each year. He lives in Milwaukee with his wife, Becky.

 

 

                                        "B" Sunday School

Brother Bill Smith Accepted Christ as his personal Savior at the age of 18 at the Christian servicemen center in Petersburg, VA. he served three years in the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division. After his time in the service he attended Hyles-Anderson College where he received his Bachelors Degree in Education. Currently he teaches the 5th and 6th grade students in the Christian School, captains a bus route, runs the Church sports ministry  is the School sports director and  is the "B" Sunday School Superintendent.

 

 

 

 

              "A" Sunday School  

Brother Paul Treloar was saved at the age of thirty-one in 1990 when a member of Faith Baptist Church working at his place of employment, approached him with the gospel. After a thorough explanation, two weeks later he accepted Christ. His wife later joined him and has served here for thirteen years. He currently is the Local Director for Reformers Unanimous, leads the congregational singing, is Superintendent of Faiths ‘A’ Sunday school, and teaches a Children's Sunday School class.

 

 

Music Director

Brother Calvin Allen was born in Gary, IN, his mother moved to Milwaukee, WI and stayed here during the time that he was raised. Bro Calvin Allen began coming to Faith Baptist church as a direct influence of the bus ministry at the age of 11. Soon after coming to he got involved with another ministry, the Overcomers. He stayed in this ministry throughout the next 7 years until he graduated and moved on to Texas Baptist Bible College in Longview, Texas where he attended for three years under the music program. He came back home to Faith to direct the music department and also became a school teacher in our high school; teaching the junior high and high school teenagers English, Literature, Choir, and Music. He returned to his first ministry involvement and began to head up the Overcomers when Brother Chris Sage left for the mission field.  Bro Allen is also a Sunday school teacher for the 9-12th grade boys for the B Sunday school department.
